The Leam Hotel enjoys a fantastic location right on the seafront and very close to the train station, making Weymouth's attractions easily accessible. Many guests have enjoyed the sea views from their rooms, some of which have been recently refurbished with pleasing colour schemes and deep carpets, and the sound of the sea through open sash windows. Breakfast is generally well-received, with hot food cooked to order; however, a few guests have noted issues with the rooms needing updating. It's also worth noting that some rooms are dog-friendly.

central location friendly staff loose carpet patchy paint

the location was really central. i could easily walk to attractions. the staff was friendly. they helped with my luggage.

the carpet in my room had come loose. this created a trip hazard. i also noticed some patchy paint on the walls in the room.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I found the staff friendly and ready to assist with requests such as extra pillows. Breakfast offered tasty food alongside diverse options suitable for various dietary needs. Entertainment was available I particularly enjoyed the bingo sessions. The hotel welcomes children and provides specific rooms who want to bring dogs.

I noticed very slight wear on the bathroom tiles . Otherwise, everything was in good condition.

The room included deep carpets as well as a good colour scheme following recent refurbishment. Overhauled sash windows allowed the sound and breeze of the sea to enter the room. Radiators kept the room comfortably warm when needed.

blocked drain no wifi

staff was friendly on my arrival.

the shower drain was blocked. water reached my ankles when i showered. the wifi didnt work at all neither in the rooms nor reception.

convenient location helpful staff

The location was convenient near the beach and train station. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially regarding local information. I appreciated the unexpected bonus of a very nice breakfast. The hotel provided a fan, helpful during warmer weather.

I noticed some maintenance was needed. Specifically, there were some issues with tiles in the bathroom.

Excellent stay

great location sea view

The location was great, close to the train station and right on the seafront. My room had a fantastic sea view. a view of the clock from the room. Staff were helpful on arrival, especially when making arrangements beforehand. I would definitely return.

The room advertised as a superior room looked worn and dirty. The toilet seat was old with chipped bits and dark stains. There were also some watery white stains on the throw.
